What to Expect
“We’ll give you helpful information and build your confidence in supporting your child as they move to secondary school. We’ll talk about ways to help them, and you’ll have time to ask questions and share your ideas.”
The workshop will share the latest thoughts, feelings and experiences of children currently in Year 7 across North Somerset schools, helping parents and carers understand what the move to secondary school is really like.
Who is it for?
Parents and carers with children in Year 6 who would like reassurance, practical strategies, and a realistic picture of the transition.
